I tend to agree with you! A few well-written individual (not form) letters gets the point across.

I feel contacting Andew Cuomo, the US Trustee, and the Congressional (PSI) investigative committee will help more.

The Judge can't investigate .. she can only refer it over to the UST/DOJ or someone like Volukas who investigated the Lehman Bros situation. She will base her ruling on the facts that are presented. The EC Counsel will make sure she gets those! You can count on Joyce to run herd on that!! :)
