As it was already said on this board, acquisition of TMH is to be closed by March 15 but that does not mean a PR will be released that it is closed ON March 15. However, I as a strong BEDA holder would love that! And I am sure we all would.

Whats the major significance in the aquisition of the two I think the buy back is a much more valuable play.
