The Judge did not limit the legal fees for the EC Counsel and there should be sufficient funds to cover their fees for a good while.

If Weil would post the $2.6B tax refund to the MOR that they have received in, it raises the available cash even higher.

At least the EC & Venable will attempt to recover many billions more that were fraudulently taken by JPM. That would be a lot more gained than Weil has managed to do with that lame offer.
