NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/19/10 -- Wanderport Corp. (PINKSHEETS: WDRP) today announced that it has concluded a definitive sales and distribution agreement with Geo Solis di Terziani A & C. s.a.s. of Italy.
Geo Solis di Terziani A & C. s.a.s. is a company specializing in the supply and installation of appliances and applications geared towards renewable energy and those that significantly lower energy costs while providing efficiency and comfort to their Italian clientele. Products range from solar, geothermal and water heating, as well as biomass and air conditioning systems.
Contractual sales commitments are estimated in the neighborhood of 21,000 units to be sold over a 5 year period in the country of Italy based on a selling price of $450 USD equal to $9,450,000 USD over the same period.
"We first heard of Wanderport's product late last year and were intent on acquiring the rights for Italy. We are in the business of selling and installing some very specialized cost cutting products geared to renewable energy and preservation of environmental resources.
