Pretty good suggestion; problem is the open mindedness has been as receptive there as it is here.
Started explaining the misleading interpretations of short volume numbers on the SHORTS EXPOSED board and got into a tussle with the Mod who was misinterpreting it there as people are here. In the end, to shut me up they moved the board to Premium. I actually came here only after a post showed up on that board talking about a 2 Billion naked short confirmed by the short volume data.
so instead, I come to these boards where the wrong message is touted and explain it. The hostility doesn't bother me. The facts remain, my analysis of FTD's relative to SHO is spot on as I use the laws and the rules to apply it. My interpretation of the short volume reports and what it means is equally accurate as they too come supportive links to the rules of trade, trade markings, and expert testimony.
As it relates to BEDA, when investors fight so hard without substance it draws me in the same why my posts draw investors here in. I found out enough to be concerned and report what I found to the proper authorities. Nothing may come of it but then something may just as well.
The transfer agent is a major red flag. The information leads to a proper explanation as to how a stock can trade 407 Million shares in a single day in January and still settle without failures. There are more shares in the market than what people are being told and a transfer agent created by the company is the equivalent to a gagged transfer agent as there is no third party verification beyond what the company tells you.
So then you look at the acquisition and what exactly do you know about it? Over the years the company that carries such value has had a history of paying state, federal taxes and paying their creditors. relative to today, it appears their office space is in question (may not have one) and their assets/revenues is only what Bederra tells you it is. Again, no third party verifications of anything.
See the pattern? All you know is what a group of 5 people nobody here knows is telling you. if you can't verify value independently and you can't verify share structure independently how else can you trade this than to flip it on the pump and protect yourself against the possible dump? I guess I would rather be up 100% in realized profits that up 100% on paper to find that I am down 100% in future realized gains.
I suspect this market will continue to sustain a run for some days or weeks to come but my bet is, it will fall soon thereafter.
