BTW. Sometimes companies like to keep the pps low so they can accomplish a few things. IMO, they sold into the Sept. run-up at much higher pps. Then released an increase in o/s to 1.8 billion and increased the a/s to 4 billion. Then, with a low pps, Midmark and another entity converted their notes into many shares, hence the February dumps that were backstopped by two fluffy PR's. Now they may be buying back shares at a discount, or using some of the capital raised to complete an acquisition. This is just a hunch. Not too sure how valid it is, but this is what keeps me in the game along with the fact that there is a plethora of info on the company, great management, and many strategic alliances, all in a growing industry that helps every company that handles large distribution networks save money.
