Agreed. Analysis of the split and further items to be discussed were not covered. The case is far from over and the judge can still rule. The 3 parties say they are working together. Let's see if they really are!

Dan...Im cool as a cucumber. I could have sworn that prefs went to JPM. Others heard that as well. Now if we can just figure out what that meant I would feel alot better.
