That is the reason that I and someone else I talked to question the "innocent" advice of how horrible this investment is. If there is constant and in depth "explanation" for something already on its heels, you have to question the motive. Save us? From what? We are already too far down to save us.
What do they have to gain? Are they or someone they are connected to shorting?
I am looking at the facts that got us here, namely the legal complaint. Plus the hiring of VERY professional lawyers. If this was a scam, that would not have happened IMO.
