Wow, thanks nice pull. That poster has a point "no delay needed if it was just SJ!" Lets keep an eye on that post over there, to see what the lawyers, over there say. They will chime in soon. Tomorrow is a day that has been in play since June. We are there now!

In my opinion there will be no annoucement of Global Understanding. In fact, I will venture to say we will go into that hearing with no News.

As for the hearing?

The opinion of the Judge might not be what we expected.

Thanks for posting that here, MP. This is a really hot thread at the other board. What I've gathered from reading posts there, Mary is also an attorney so she has a very good insight into how these proceedings work.
