In July he said they would be fully reporting in 30 days.

however, it could gap DOWN on open Thrs if there is no news Todat or
before the open Thrs

in which case, just hold and wait for it to run higher

PPS usually goes in the OPPOSITE direction from the direction of the
GAP open.
