Mark posted that he heard from a source that someone would be acquiring all the shares they could below a $1 prior to any announcement of a buyout, he didn't understand how it made any sense and was asking the board for their opinions on the comment.

If you don't take the deal you have to split your shares amongst the current investrohub board members. :)
