Someone referenced a post by Mark re: all the shares less than $1.00 would be bought before results and announcements. Can someone explain this please? Also, I believe some have said that all share may be bought out @ $3-4.00 - what if some don't want to sell then? Been here for 6 years and visit infrequently so don't have much of a feel for things! TY for any responses.
