I read the same email and Paul straight out lied to wicked and us. What's the process to get Paul and all involved to court? Who has to initiate it?

You should sent this back to him & attach something to the effect: You can understand concerning this & other statements that you sent to us in the last 3 months. Knowing full well that others (investors) not just day traders; whom are truly interested in the long haul would read this & assume there would be no reason NOT TO TRUST HIM, or his statement as to the goings on!!
Which might explain why we are a bit gun shy to trust anything he might say in the future! (sorry!)
