in the end, that is eventually what will happen

only because we all had faith in the company XMDC and Paul the CEO, and what was being told to us by him. The actions and or non-actions are the fault of the public company and it's management. Who is Sam Lee anyway? All we know of him is that the company tried to get his assets but failed; yet we were told that all the assets were on hand and completed. Now we are being told that it never happened; that we don't have any assets.

but this is after the fact... now we hear the CEO crying foul and is wondering where the assets are? wtf?

I smell class action soon.
