The information about Dr D is all from sources on the Web. Scarcely fodder for a libel suit.

The email in question was one I sent to the SEC. It had to do with the phony "drilling report" posted at RB the other day. If they're interested in going after the perp, he could be in for a bad time. No connection to Dr D.

Janice posting is a good sign for longs. It shows interest and effort from MM's to falsely entice people to sell, especially after yesterday's efforts from MM's in trying to reverse all those trades after hours.
