I do not what you are referring to when you mention whatever so called 'information' Janice Shell is e-mailing people concerning Dr.D.

It is not clear from your post whether you yourself received this said information, so I went on the CMKX board to review her posts.

Please note, I never seek out to read her posts. It was clear early on they are mostly half-truths, misstatements or so weak that it isn't worth the bandwidth to easily debate and dismiss her points.

However, in looking at what she wrote tonight, there is a post which she wrote tonight which she intimates she sent an e-mail to a person or persons about Dr.D.

Diamondintheruff, she provided no details of it, yet from your post it appears that you received this referenced e-mail. From your post it sounds as if slanderous assumptions and accusations are being drawn about him by Janice Shell. I will provide the link and the text of her admitting that she sent such an e-mail, so that a record of it is maintained in case it is deleted on the IHUB board to protect her (God knows why).

Since when is tonight another "vent night"? I must have missed the notice. If it is indeed, then naturally I'll have some venting of my own to do.

btw, what did you think of the Dr Diamonds material I sent you? Didn't even get a thank-you note.

Diamondintheruff, I do not know you or your position in CMKX.
However, given 'the glitch' in trading and some other market factors beginning to occur, the MM's know that every day, more and more people see what they do. Their days of manipulation are hopefully coming to an end. Further, I do not know JS's relationship to any MM's but regardless, if you have the e-mail which she may have sent to many, you my friend have a choice.

Only you, and the others who received it know the content of the e-mail. From your post, it seems to have a negative and possibly written with malicious intent.

I will leave it up to you to decide whether you wish to bring this to the attention of Dr.D. or not. It is not my job, nor my place to tell you how to do this or if to do this. However if your decide to, it would be easy to pass it along to him.

He is a resourceful man, and the information she is spreading to others about him may be a cause of legal action against her if he choses to do so. I know how I would feel and what I would do if I were in his place.

Again the choice is yours whether to bring this to his attention.
