It's all FRAUD..

Why did XMDC Nadine tell us there was a PR coming out with in 48Hrs. Did they not know that would spur interest in the stock and attract more buyers?

They knew it was bad news and we were going to take a blood bath.

Everything stinks here. It really is just another scam. Sam gives back his 54% common, gets his old broken bio harp back and Paul and Ben get all the money they made selling shares of a Magical Medical Mystery Device.

And we get hosed.

SEC should be looking closely at Paul, Ben and company....

this doesn't rise to the level of the SEC ,
Who it their right mind would issue a PR to intentionnally mislead ????
