I completely agree; we haven't seen the end to this by a longshot. But how long will those who are invested here will wait?

Paul's legal team must have picked apart every detail with a fine tooth comb before signing all of the documents. This is yet to be played out by far. Question is what's next?... Only the one in the higher heavens really knows for sure.

true, if this goes to court, neither party can utilize the assests in question, there may be another better product in the market by the time the winner gets the verdict and the assests in his favour.

so there is still a possiblity, they go for out of court settlement that benefits all concerned parties, including we the shareholders.
