I think if we got some news on the progress, the share price might be a little more predictable. I'm still holding, but will sell with further decline, capital preservation is my primary focus.
With all that being said, it would be stock suicide to announce the closing again and not follow threw.
A pullback wouldnt be the end of the world after the number of up days we've had. Someone was obviously willing to buy at the ask the last 7 or so days. If theyre done it may trickle back down.
The short interest is also in play here. I dont think it quite worked out for them the way they planned so there may be some covering or they may continue to short on the way down. As this gets closer to the 31st it will be harder for the short play to work out. A solid short holding could very well benefit us as things tighten up and time runs out.
