Do we have any legal minds that can understand this? Not sure if they are expecting a court answer before Friday’s hearing. It should not rule out the judges SJ decision. Sounds like the motion is regarding liability on the Bonds.

The Judge has made her decision on "not piercing the corporate veil."

Perhaps this is just a formality that must be filed to work this part out in the "global understanding". I highly doubt the Judge will allow this any more than she did when Clarke threatened to take the $4B deposit if she awarded to WMI!!! Silly Man!!
