Well RMDM has stated no dilution policy and no R/S. You can check the filing on that. However doesn't mean much with a stroke of a pen. It's still early to tell if it's shorts or diliution going on right now. I believe if it is dilution it's about over. IMO I'm only basis on this from the filings and what the charts reads with the Accum/dist and the MFI, which are clearly in conflict IMO.
