Yup which is exactly one the supporting reasons why the potential is there for a very lucrative settlement that provides a proper valuation for what came down against WAMU in 09/2008 and the lost of business revenues and opportunities lost by WAMU since 09/2008 due to the actions taken by JPM/FDIC.
As indicating by many, do you really believe that JPM/FDIC wants this laundry hanging out there to ripped apart in court proceedings....... bare-a$$ and all?
