the shares were part of the o/s. now since they are not outstanding the o/s just dropped by ~200 mil shares!!! SWEEEEEET!!!

they were part of the a/s and o/s, since they are back in the company treasury they are only part of the a/s. the o/s just got the reduction!!! giddy up!
