I think the time line restarts in a share swap. If paid out then you do qualify for the flat tax of 15%. I own K, P and U shares... just in case some get cash and some get share swaps I will be able to walk away with some cash in hand. I have other hot investments cooking... I need some good old green backs from JPMC and the FDIC!!! LOL
