It will be robbery if that is all we get. JPM would have stolen WaMu, gotten profits since the date of the heist, then pays less then their original offer from 2 years ago, even though WaMu is worth more now.

You DO realize there are only 1.7 billion shares outstanding, right?

At $1 to $4 per share, JPM will would have to cough up a whole $1.7bn to $6.8bn for all that they have taken? They would be partying WITH us in Vegas if that happened!

The numbers are not there to support a $100.00 settlement, however the numbers are there to support the $10-12 settlement you call a "pipe dream".IMO, JPM and FDIC would be darn lucky to walk away from that settlement because I consider that to be low-ball. I am looking for $20 plus (the numbers would support that as well).
