I heard that, not sure where that came from, that was before Fridays revaluations, I believe, and I took that more as a threat to the BOD to gets their heads out of there behinds.

They may or may not go back in business. We are still waiting on the reorg plan. I think the EC was privy to the negotiations and wanted their to be a shareholder meeting prior to approval of the reorg so that us shareholders continue to hold equity. The statement in court sounds very promising, but the filing by the EC and the timing of it is what catches my eye. I really hope it is kind of a "clue" that we are going to see something.

The EC calls for an annual meeting and says:

9.
Members of the Equity Committee are shareholders of WMI and the beneficial owners of shares of preferred and common stock of WMI. They are entitled to vote in the election of directors of WMI at an annual meeting.

17.
RCW 23B.07.010 provides that a corporation shall hold an annual meeting of shareholders for the purpose of electing directors.

Sounds to me like it is on their minds.
