settlements are just being speculated at this point. We're closer than ever especially since we have our EC.

not necesarily we're still speculating on settlement. The court or WMI asked to cont. the date until next friday (on 4B motion to stay and turnover SJ) becuase the parties are close to an agreement (could be interpreted as settlement $) but then again the agreement could be anything. They agreed on having a drink after court LOL. Obviosly i am being sarcastic, just saying its all speculation still.
