Thats why i always thought last weekend. They cannot allow a ruling on it or they know theyr smoked. They put it off until the last weekend before the court date and release settlement at that point. The weekend is calm and quiet and the marketeers and press arent paying attention. Its looks like theyre in the same circumstance again. They know ruling goes against them on Friday. Can't settle during the week , to much coverage, have to do it on the weekend. Oh well , we will see. IMHO only
