Not if you are a loser and need the money to make ends meet.
It would be interesting if he collected 3,000 in funds to show what his expenses are now wouldn't it.

I'm sure someone will contact Revenue Canada to make sure he is not stealing the money. I'm sure of it.

Just like I am sure someone would take the names of all the "scammers" involved in CMKX and make sure they paid taxes on all their gains. Now that is going to be interesting.
