TSRD is working on an acquisition (Feb 5 & Mar 3 news). Mar 3 news said financing was being set up which is always a big step. S/S is current and TSRD is current on pinks. In the last 2 trading days 24% of the float has been traded. The foundation here has been laid for a very nice move north for the PPS. Some nice forward looking plans/ideas for the company. Lots of reasons to like this one.
