1. Will Inca attend Swim Show 2010? Yes, we will and there will be other shows (I'm hoping to attend with my wife) 2. Has the company landed more wholesale deals beyond the 15 wholesale already announced in the last press release? Yes. 3. Has an auditor been engaged, if not, what is the timeframe for a decision? Yes, they have picked a firm and an 8k will formally announce the engagement. He did not say when.(Jeff asked me to correct this answer to read as shown) 4. Is Inca currently working on new lines for 2011? Yes. 5. Can we expect the NSOS issue to be resolved in March? Yes. 6. Is the company releasing names of existing wholesalers? Yes. 7. Incagirl is already available to retail according to Evan, when will it be sold online? They are setting up the photo's for the wbsite.

Some of our largest holders are getting really anxious Jeff! Anything you can share to reduce tensions until the next press release would be immensely appreciated.

Will there be no Summer 2010 collection this year?
From the January 2010 update: We at INCA feel that swimwear has two seasons per year, the summer season and the cruise season. Cruise has always been our main focus but we are now concentrating on expanding the summer season which in the end, will improve our bottom line. Our goal is to capitalize on both seasons through a diversified wholesale and retail marketing plan.
