last report as of 12/15/2009 was 4b A/S and 1.85b O/S.. my guess is O/S is around 2.5-3.0b now..

sailcat, don't see more than 4 billion A/S, but then CYSG raised their A/S once already since September without a PR. :-) If they do that, why would I not assume the O/S is increasing? We have all seen things run with bigger share structures, but we are not going to get a lot of interest, with the exception of flippers. A PR stating that they have a moratorium on increasing the A/S and O/S would be nice about now.
