We don't know/not sure when the financing will be completed. After the completed financing and reporting to pinksheets, the 12 to 15 weeks proces starts.
Thats why I say "another 12-15 weeks"... English not my language so maybe I just wasn't clear:p
But anyway, yes, that is what pinksheets say's, it's what MMG say's. I hope the are telling the truth. Atleast, I will only believe it until they start filling. Saying "shortly" in a PR has a different perception for everyone.
