I think you misread the update.

It says that it takes about 12 to 15 weeks for all the pieces to come together from the court order date.

You added the word another
"And then another 12 to 15 weeks"

The word "another" is not in the update....

When all these pieces of puzzle all come together (usually 12 to 15 weeks, taking 2 weeks as the
average for lawyers approvals) from the court order date all the documents are executed, copies
are made and relevant documents filed with Pink Sheets to effect the merger.

Also Pinksheets says

The company is currently in the process of merging with a suitable USA and or a China based operating candidate in the similar industry as the issuer. The company will shortly begin updating Pink Sheets with Adequate Disclosure, Updated Financials and any relevant merger news. There is no reverse split planned for the company, nor any toxic financing planned. The company has made available sufficient funds and rresources available through its preferred shareholder, to be a vibrant and operational company.
