Yes. No. Maybe.

Depends on the mobo in the box. If the open port you are talking about is the onboard graphics card than it is a maybe and a possible no. Depends on weather the mobo supports both onboard and card graphics.

If the open port is an AGP card and you have your two monitors hooked to a PCI card then yes.
