Beyond all the semantics in the disclaimers to which you refer,
I think it is wrong to say there are not lies in the PRs in
pennyland. On the contrary, I think lies are frequent and
intentional among the stinky pinkys. I strongly recommend
that any PR of import be verified through an independent
source.

Additionally, court rulings are saying that if the intent is
deception and fraud, you can put in all the disclaimers you want
and it will do no go. Disclaimers are to cover the unknown and
unavoidable and not meant to be another tool in subterfuge.

cheers

I admit I am wrong on this one. The SEC determines a fake press release as someone other than the company putting out a PR. I should choose my words a little better.

What I was trying to say is, if the company puts out a PR stating they completed a license agreement but may have never even contacted the other business for any kind of agreement, then that PR would be deceiving, misleading, a hoax, misrepresenting, false, etc. Not forward-looking.

I agree they can say anything they want and not get in trouble, but I don't believe a word that HESG puts in their PRs except the facts about Medical Marijuana. They have not proven anything to me as of now.
