I am reading it just fine. It says "licensing agreement", it's an agreement, it does not say "COMPLETED the purchase of a license." Was a contract signed? We don't know only because the PR is forward looking, not fake. Fake can be considered deception, until you add the fine print. It's a very vague statement if you ask me and the words used are meant to be that way and they(the company) are not bound by those comments. Hence, This material contains statements about expected future events and/or financial results that are forward-looking in nature and subject to risks and uncertainties.
Just like you telling your friends you're gonna get a SWEET '69 Camaro tomorrow, and you don't.

What I'm saying is, they can do it and it's not considered fake only because they can add that to PR's. It's a penny stock, there are basicly NO RULES. They don't even need to report to the SEC.

Thanks for the credit on my DD but, this is just plain 'word' manipulation if you catch my drift. Just look at it from a different angle, you'll see how they can get away with this. It's all a matter of what words you used.
