Still holding mine as well. Hard not to speculate that more is going on here that can be seen.

We get confirmation from Jungle the TG spent $10K with Smith for the rights to a license.

So if this is just a P&D why did TG spend $10K on a non-refundable license deal. Why not keep the money and run off as some have suggested.

As Smith point out he doesn't own shares and doesn't play the market, so the only news he has heard is from nagging pissed of shareholder calling and accusing him of stuff, so why wouldn't he say what he did.

If he spent 10K on that license who's to say it didn't spend more on other licenses say in Colorada or else where.

Sure he should have PR that but why bother since Pinksheets listed him CE, so what would it matter if he did. Plus everybody and their mother was calling this guy names and ST and TD were cutting if off as well. So again why bother. Now that you don't have to file anything, why not carry out you business plan in peace.
