I agree, credibility with the announement of those last two contracts. Didn't expect the Illinois National Guard contract to move the pps, but what it did was solidify my feeling that this could run.
With the new web site listing the bids they are pursuing it shows life and progressive movement!
No cystal ball, if we had one we wouldn't be here, that said, one substantial winning contract will move this imo substantially!
And at these levels doesn't take much to hit a home run!
