they are suppose to do it on our dime... what is un nerving is they are reducing your dime to a penny or sub penny... then they are going to take away your leverage when the times get good and you won't have the leverage to make that dime back when they are all celebrating the good news.
kind of stinks but its what they seem to be doing... killing the retail guy.
