I bet PPS going down.

News about increasing Authorized shares and then they want to reverse spilt the stock. To me, this sounds like massive dilution to rise cash. My guess it to set-up manufacturing facilities. They need to have the plant up and running to get phase three approval.

I like the fact that the company would be spending cash on capital assets, just not on my dime. I’ll wait for the RS and PPS drop before I feel good about investing in GOVX.
