DD good point, hey I am no oracle, I am frequently wrong as you know, but every once in a blue moon I get a good feeling about a stock, I feel a little positive about TIVO also, however a lot depends on how much they can stave off the digital cable dvrs

but anyway back to IDCC, you are right about the comparison, if we get great news than we will do better in this market rather than the 2001 to 2003 market
