Tell me think, could abe request certificates on those stocks even if NITE claims they are worthless.

to me that means nobody's stocks are safe from NITE, after NITE gets thru NSS your stock into oblivion, NITE walks in and take any remaining shares in your portfolio....vary sad indeed!
