Very interesting, and I think we are in the third phase of the squeeze here at CDIV. There was the initial run to .13 last June, then languished for months, then we ran up to .19 and languished again, now we are about to break their backs I hope. I think this week could be extremly telling.

Good morning All!

Love your post as it relates to CDIV. Appreciate the annotation and if you look at the chart and the 10MA and 20MA along with the MonkMACDaddy it helps a person stay on track and not get shaken by the MM's. Should be very fun. Waiting patiently and enjoying the run to the short squeeze. Coming IMHO to a theater near US...soon.

It looks like this short squeeze (EVCC from post I am responding to) went from ~ Nov 26 - Feb 6, about 2 and 1/2 months. Do people here think that the short squeeze will last that long with CDIV?

I can see we will have difficult decisions about when to sell shares. I guess selling some as it rises is the safest, but I would also hate to think how much I would have made if it goes a lot higher than where I sell. Fear of losing potential gains vs fear of it going down before selling; and greed - waiting to sell at the exact top...hopefully we all time this well and all make a lot of $$$$ .

After reviewing the different charts from the prior short squeezes, it looks like we should watch the volume and not sell too early the first time they let it run. IMO, it will take at least a couple of weeks for the squeeze with large swings in the price. Some will sell at 1-2 dollars after it was at 3, only to see it at 4-5 dollars in the next few days, IMO.

Good Luck to all of us...we are lucky to be a part of this. That is why I have sold other stocks and continued to load up even at these prices, as I think there is still a significant profit to be made from these levels. I can sell a little at ~ 1.75-2.00 and let the rest take part in the larger run. (again, all IMO)

Examples as of April 3/2010 on:

GRNO lastHigh .60 so, 5/10x target is $3/6
CDIV last high .71 so, target is $4/7.50
EIGH last high .15 so, target is .75/$1.50

*** note, we need Sustained BIG volume before final targets may be revised.

Why is that still here? is that CDIV?

said before a sticky about another stock means nothing here, yet that has been here forever, and only makes me doubt what is going on :-(

I am sure it does others as well, very odd - IMO!!!!

Why is EV** still here as a sticky example? that is .05 now and has nothing to do with dis stock like been saying forever... I assume once again this will go poof.

Here's the chart -- if any of you agree of disagree with it, please feel free to comment.

"Monk mentions as one of his previous short-squeezes"
Except that there is no mention on the Monk's Den board or the EVCC board of a short squeeze on EVCC, let alone an FLD call.

I think EVCC was simply one of many hyped OTC stocks that jumped for a short period, then fell far, far back down.

It didn't trade in much volume until May 2006, when it was $1 to $2. It stayed below $2, falling as low as 60 cents over the next 8 months, until late Jan 2007 when it started to shoot up. After 2 weeks it hit it's $7.74 high price, then began to fall. Two weeks later, its high was less than half the peak, at $3. Six months later it was around 50 cents. A year later (Feb 08) it was around a quarter. Today it's at 6 cents.

So if you're counting on CDIV to follow EVCC's pattern, it already has - rising in fact to a much greater extent than EVCC. If that pattern continues, it could be very ugly in another six months.

Still has nothing to do with CDIV and the example was not even a big pop... what 1000%? ... happens all the time all over and nothing to do with short squeezes... and went from $7 to below .05 since... CDIV ran 100,000% in past... and that was also not a short squeeze...
