I agree the 1 million cap on a trade should either be removed or atleast increased. I have never owned Restricted Shares so I was unaware of that.

E-Turd doesn't have those issues. Plus, viewing the screen layout is probably the easiest and best I have seen or heard and that includes agreements by Schwab users. However, Schwab has some kind of availability to consult with advisors (not sure about the deatils) maybe due to their branch offices that is uniquely available through them.
