Restricted shares are usually held, when you hold on to stocks way tooo long, LOL I used to daytrade alot, and because of trying to concentrate on 50 of them, it was hard to exit, because of way too much info on all of them got me confused, so a couple of these companies gave restricted shares to shareholders, and I could not exit in time to get rid of them. Lesson learned, now I just look for the golden ones.
