Ok....SOMETHING IS UP HERE!
Does Pike have any vested interest in Reckitt Benckiser? Reckitt Benckiser is a public company. There is something going on here that has not been released to the investing community.
Take a look at this document.

By the way....When you file a patent there is a cost. That cost, which is substantial, has to be paid for by someone. Since Spongetech / DICON allowed Reckitt Benckiser to be placed into the document showing an interest in the patent, this is prima facia evidence of a legal partnership.

"Jan. 14 2010 DICON patent [APPLICATION] WITH Reckitt Benckiser, WHY?"

Because two of the listed INVENTORS are employees of Reckitt Benckiser!

Burt; Diane Joyce; (Montvale, NJ) ; Feng; James Chi-Cheng; (Montvale, NJ)

They assign their rights to Reckitt Benckiser, who is a joint owner of the cited patent APPLICATION. As joint owner, they have equal rights to Spongetech and can use the technology (assuming a real patent is ever even issed to this APPLICATION) without having to pay any royalty or other consideration to Spongetech. Reckitt can slao license the patent APPLICATION (and any patent that might issue from the APPLICATION) to any third parties it wishes and without any payment or royalty to SPNG.

You can see James Chi-Cheng Feng and Diane Joyce Burt as inventors on a large number of Reckitt Benckiser patent applications and even on issued patents to Reckitt, such as this one:

Title: US7507699: Water soluble container containing dry actives comprising a cationic germicide and coated citric acid

Derwent Title: Powder detergent composition for use in water soluble container useful for hard surface cleaning comprises at least one cationic surfactant having germicidal properties [Derwent Record]

11 pages

Inventor: Burt, Diane Joyce; Montvale, NJ, United States of America
Feng, James Chi-Cheng; Montvale, NJ, United States of America
Gencarelli, Ralph; Montvale, NJ, United States of America
Lesica, Jeanne Marie; Montvale, NJ, United States of America

Assignee: Reckitt Benckiser Inc., Parsippany, NJ, United States of America
other patents from RECKITT BENCKISER INC. (770016) (approx. 40)
Corporate Tree data: Reckitt Benckiser Plc ( RECKITT );

Published / Filed: 2009-03-24 / 2002-10-10

Application Number: US2002000499405

THAT is why the published APPLICATION you cited is jointly owned by SPNG and Reckitt - two of the inventors are Reckitt employees and assigned their interests to Reckitt!

Be sure to also check how Mosko uses his own companies as intermediate conduits for paying for some "marketing" and related expenses. Skimming off the "handling fee". It's called self-dealing and is a big no-no.

As ONE example, take a close look at A&N consulting - a biz set-up by the Mosko family and used as a receptacle for SPNG funds.

RME, VAEV, etc. are just some of the many little entities that Mosko et al. have set up to feed themselves at the SPNG trough and siphon munny out of SPNG.

I am bizzy and now the MOD on this board has limited me to ONE post a day, so some of the more motivated posters can follow up on A&N - my recollection is that it appears in several areas I've looked at - in SEC filings, trademark registration, and IIRC also on some check image that has been put in in the public domain also.

Go to work, folks. A&N Enterprises should not be an unturned stone in this melange of self-dealing.
