Show me an 8K or their website where I can go and look at their facts.

The board already knows there is no filing for the retirement of shares but the board knows the authorizes shares has been increased to 20 billion easily provided. Look in iBox.

Ofcourse you do not mention that while they supposedly retired 2 billion shares, they also raised A/S to 20 billion. That's a fact and does not make any sense except to pump the PPS higher while giving them more shares to sell. You seem to always leave that part out and never have an answer as to why they did it. That's a BIG negative for HESG. The only logical answer is to pump the PPS higher while unloading as many as they can. I doubt they ever even retired those shares. Where is the filing for it?

i think at this point its obvious, ice, that this is a pump and dump and these guys are unprofessional and opaque and terrible businessmen with no conscience who took the money and ran. and i think its obvious that you are doing your best to pump this thing back up.. good luck.
