I talk to Mike Smith, he called me last night. (Owner of Healing Center Montana) He did confirm HESG does have a 14 page agreement with them for a Healing Center License for Profit.
He is on the edge because he has gotten a lot of flack locally about the deal. This is his only medical marijuana profit center, and he sold the license to the Livingston Collective to HESG.
The agreement is non-transferable, so if HESG wanted to sell the license they couldn't. But if a company were to buy HESG, I guess that would be a different story.
HESG has the license, but they all need to do what every business would need to ... Operate The Business, Find staff to run the center, including staff that has knowledge about the product and is able to cultivate product.. Sounds easy right?
They paid for the license but still have not done much with it. I'm not sure they know what really to do with it. FranknTom are not Medical Marijuana Wellness Center Operators, they need to find someone who is.
But Mike Smith does expect some action this month from them or he might have to rethink that agreement with them.
Mike Smith wants to sell his "Medicine", he did not receive any shares for this deal. He does not give two sheets about the stock market. He has been in construction most of his life. He is not to happy about the flak he is getting for a license for PROFIT Healing Center that he sold, that yet has produced any profits.
So I'm not defending Mr.Smith actions Neo, but I can understand him a little better after talking to him. And he was also defensive with me when we first started our conversation.
The last conversation he had with HESG, TG said he was sending a few people to Montana to handle the Healing Center Livingston.
But I'm sure all of this takes money, and who knows if HESG is even the right company to handle it, but I'm sure they can find the right people to handle it..
Mike Smith also told me he has already moving into the HEMP industry. His live in girlfriend Laura Murphy is the first person to have the first license for an industrial hemp-growing operation. Which they plan on growing HEMP on 160 Acres.
These are really down to earth people, they don't care about things they can't see, smell, and touch..smoke.

Need Money to make Money don't you? Need the right people to run a good business right? What does Mike Smith Get? He gets to sell his Medicine to as many people as possible.
Can HESG Deliver? We will see in the next 30 days. But it is confirmed they have the license, what will they do with it is the question.
Mike Smith is giving Tom Gaffney the benefit of the doubt, so am I.
If I sound like a pumper sorry to offend you. But this is my investment like it is Tom Gaffney's Investment. We are both on the same team I would hope. What was done with the share structure, was not to manipulate us....it was to manipulate them.
