cyo, thanks for your input on my situation. I've composed a letter that I'm going to sand to people and organizations that take on cases of gross injustice. On Wed.I sent the draft to TDA as a conversation point. So far no reply. My guess is that these sort of things go before a review group that only meets periodcally.
I hadn't thought about Jd & JR using the topless joint to "entertain" local enforcement. May be right on target.
